Prime, TVN ink content deal

Prime Entertainment Group has released details of a significant content win with leading Polish pay-TV provider TVN.
Prime 14 June 2016Under the terms of the deal Prime content will now run on TVN’s International Pan feed as well as its National Pan feed in Poland. The country’s second largest pay-TV network has around ten TV stations including TVN7, TVN24, TVN Meteo, TVN Turbo, ITVN and TVN Style. They will all show 21 episodes of Prime series such as Big Mountain (4x26’) and Cycling at the World’s End (8x26') among others, plus big kicker the acclaimed documentary The True Story of Angelina Jolie (1x52') for national channel TVN Style, a channel aimed at women featuring the latest in fashion, health and beauty.
Commenting on the contract win, Prime Entertainment Group managing director David Freydt said: “We started working with TVN for their Turbo channel a few years ago when our catalogue was beginning to grow. Today we count over 5,000 hours of programmes to offer our clients, and it’s great that big networks such as TVN find with us the kind of programs they need to satisfy the needs of all their national and international channels.”
