AMC, CANALSAT launch Sundance on France’s largest pay-TV operator

Further spreading its presence throughout Europe, AMC Networks International UK has inked a deal with CANALSAT to launch Sundance Channel Global on the latter’s satellite, ADSL and IPTV platforms in France.

Further spreading its presence throughout Europe, AMC Networks International UK has inked a deal with CANALSAT to launch Sundance Channel Global on the latter’s satellite, ADSL and IPTV platforms in France.
Broadcasting exclusive independent feature films and documentaries as well as outstanding original drama series, Sundance Channel will launch on 9 February as part of CANALSAT’s Series and Cinema package as a 24/7 linear HD channel. It will be available to more than 18 million pay-TV households throughout France, where the channel also broadcasts internationally acclaimed original drama series such as Rectify, The Principal, The Walking Dead and Mad Men.
